  • We are contracted and certified with all Idaho companies & Idaho Health Exchange (Your Health Idaho). We work with Blue Cross of Idaho, Mountain Health Co-Op, Pacific Source, Regence Blue Shield, and Select Health, Molina, Moda Health and St. Luke's Health Plan for individual/family plans.

  • We empower our clients with the knowledge they need to maximize their health insurance benefits while minimizing costs. We’ll guide you on how to navigate your plan effectively and provide you with key questions to ask your healthcare providers, ensuring you're aligned with your coverage and avoiding potential claims issues.

  • We are dedicated to providing a seamless experience for our clients. Claims are sometimes coded incorrectly, which can impact how benefits are applied and claims are paid. If this happens, we work directly with your insurance carrier and healthcare provider to resolve any coding errors or missing information, ensuring proper claim processing.

 

Annual Policy Review

  • Insurance plans often undergo annual changes, occasionally discontinuing or introducing new options. We stay up to date on these updates and proactively inform our clients each year about any changes or new plans that could benefit them. If necessary, we’ll work with you to adjust your coverage to better meet your needs.
